Well I finally found some pectin at the grocery store. Sooooo I think tonight I will brave making homemade jelly!!!! I'm excited! I don't have canning set, so the jar of jelly will have to stay in the fridge and will only last a month or so, but who cares! Hopefully I will make it sooo yummy that it will be gone by then ;)

Also Im on the hunt for a donuts recipe! Eeek! But I've got a deep fryer, why not?
