ahhhhh

I love a good roast. Comedic or food wise. Tonight I made a pot roast. I used carrot broth from a can of carrots we had for snack. I threw in LOTS of red and white potatoes, a bag of baby carrots, celery, some ground sage, oregano, basil and salt. I cooked mine on high for about 4 hours, but it could also be done on low all day :) MMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM So good and Gabe ok!
