Coconut Granola
1 cup oats
1/2 cup coconut
1/8 cup coconut oil
1 ts vanilla extract
1/8 cup golden syrup or honey. (I used syrup)
enjoy life chocolate chips.
Bake at 300 for 24 minutes stirring a few times, then let cool and add in chocolate chips. I like it without the chips because then I use if for cereal. OHHHHH MY SOOOO YUMMY!

I got this recipe from my friend Pam and then altered it a little to fit our needs. MMMMM!
