I want to make some new stuff. I think my next few things to tackel will be....
Jam
Spaghetti Sauce
chocolate pudding
croissants
hard candies
maybe even my own pasta.
Jam is my next thing to tackle. I figure if I try it and it turns out well, I will offer to make it for people for the summer. :) They get the berries and I'll make up batches for them as long as I get 1 jar or 5 bucks (each batch is like 5 jars) That way I can save up for my canning set. :)
So I eventually want to get a dehydrator, candy thermometer, pizza cutter, a canning set, and a standing mixer. LOL!
