Found a really stupidly simple...

Powdered sugar recipe.

Ingredients
1 cup sugar
1 tablespoon cornstarch
Directions
1Combine the two and process in blender until powder forms.

From what I read though, using a very very clean coffee grinder works even better though! Sweet!
