Do I dare?
Well, it has now been a good while with no reactions what so ever. So I am considering reintrocing the minor ones back in. Mainly eggs and wheat. I'm thinking we might make cookies today with regular flour. Honestly the perfect blend fours are just so freaking expensive and we use them all the time. So if we could use regular flour it would save a LOT of money! Plus the allergist said that there was a good chance those two would be tolerable for him once we got all the others out of his system. He was very oversensitive because of the build up of allergens. So anyways, I'm thinking of trying wheat or eggs this week. Wish me luck.
