About Me

cornfreeeat
Shortly after my son's 3rd birthday he started having really bad allergic reactions to a lot of stuff. After a lot of trial and error and testing we have found out he is allergic to soy, wheat, egg, corn, strawberries, (and most likely) peanuts, 4 different molds, 5 types of pollen, cats and latex. (thats 17 allergies if you are counting. 18 if you count tree nuts and peanuts as separate allergies. His list of safe foods as of today is at 23 :O) Luckily for us his reactions are not anaphalactic as of yet. But there are concerns that he will get to that point, because his reactions had such a sudden onset. :( As of right now we are very lucky in that his enviormental allergies are mild. (only a level 1 except for Penicilium mold +2 and aspergilius +6) This blog is about how we are learning to deal with his food allergies which are all at avoidance levels. :( ) I'm 25 with 3 kids under 4. I've been married for 5 years. My boys are my life.
